[2:25] Rob’s kidneys are functioning much better.

- Rbog built muscle with a total test of 122 ng/dl.
- He attributes part of this to ecdy.
- Ecdy works on the Beta- estrogen receptor.
- Taking ecdy with retinol may be synergistic in nature.
[13:15] Why do you like the handstand shoulder press?
- It is excellent if you know how to regress and progress it.
- Step 1: Be able to hold a handstand against a wall for 1 minute.
- Step 2: Use 1 inch foam mats to regress until you can do a full rep.
- Step 3; Remove the mats one at a time to increase your range of motion.

- Tudca, NAC, Fish oil, R-ALA.
- Liv-52.
- Milk thistle is popular, but Rob is less enthusiastic about it.
- Milk thistle interacts with androgen receptors.
- Curcumin, copper, ephedrine (only if your blood pressure is in check).
- Seasamin is synergistic with fish oil.
[27:30] Anabolic cardio.
- For cardio to be anabolic in nature, it is best to do anaerobic in nature.
- Prowler work- purely concentric work and has a far lower degree of muscle breakdown.
- Battle ropes and swinging a hammer/ tire flips are other examples.
[32:22] Are some people just not meant to put on muscle?
- To a small extent, some people can be this way.
- Try to abbreviate your training and only use compound movements.
- Must have 8-10 hours of sleep.
- Focus on calories: Bodyweight X 15-20.
- The real battle is with the knife and the fork.
[42:44] What to expect on HRT.
- It is the best antidepressant that Rob has ever used.
- Where you go to get your therapy is important. Make sure that they will give you a sufficient dose.
- Less is more as long as you are using a minimum effective dose.
- You have to consider aromatization and DHT conversion.

- Rob’s CK levels are cycling downward but are still high.
- Rob hasn’t touched a weight in 6 weeks.
- When he starts back, it will be light, and his programming will mainly consist of bodyweight work.
[55:30] Tip of the day: How Rob has to change to be safe.
- He will have to stay out of the “Red Zone” when training.
- He will have to do mostly bodyweight movements.
- Take days off!! You need them.
